Job Responsibilities

1.Be responsible for business jet sales and team management, and take accountability for sales performance;

2.Coordinate the company’s sales-related resources such as marketing and customer service, and overall plan and arrange sales initiatives;

3.Organize various sales activities and oversee the entire sales operation process, including sales planning, organization, progress control and review, and provide comprehensive support for the sales team.


Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; English as a working language;

2.Over 8 years of sales and management experience, with at least 3 years in luxury goods sales (e.g., yachts, luxury watches, premium automobiles, fine wines, golf, private aircraft, high-end clubs, etc.);

3.Excellent communication skills and market development capabilities;

4.Possess an extensive network of high-end contacts (especially among the Chinese entrepreneur community) and a rich professional and social background.
